Well it has been a while since I last updated this. Nothing crazy has happened since. I just picked up playing golf as a new sport and I’m enjoying it. Been going to the driving range a lot and hoping to go to a real golf course soon, maybe this Tuesday. Also, Musink just passed by and it was an awesome turnout. Got to meet many new people as well as other companies that we deal with. Pretty much just chilled and drank. This is all I’m going to write for now. Hope you all have a fun St. Patty day!
Awesome Weekend

Another awesome weekend. Was able to finally do a car shoot with Daniel H. and Werd Werx. Took a good amount of photos with my new wheels finally. Photos are being edited as we speak so make sure you keep an eye out for those. Other than that, I hit up Disneyland on Sunday with a few peeps. Fastpassin it all day! Purchased a Chewbacca hat and a bear hat which was pretty funny walking around in. What a fun day until Irvin told us to take the wrong bus. We walked a pretty good distance to get to the car and our feet were killing us. Overall it was a successful weekend.
So this past weekend my friend Robin and I finished up my engine swap. It has been a long process but well worth the wait. After getting my new engine harness plugged in and changing a few gaskets due to the idle issue situation, we finally fired my car up again crossing our fingers that everything will work good. What do you know, it fired up and idled as smooth as butter. I drove it around the block but noticed that my temp gauge on my cluster wasn’t working. Not being able to tell what my engine temp was at, I decided to call it a night. Tonight, I will be trying to figure out why the temp gauge isn’t working. Hopefully it will be a quick and easy fix. Other than that, I just have to re-install my hood and give the car a nice detail since it’s been a while. Here is a little video clip I made. Enjoi!

My Saturday
Posted: January 28, 2012 in Daily GrindTags: Borla, Bronze Wool, Exhaust Cleaner, Gasket, Interior Trim
So far my Saturday has been very productive. I finish up my interior trim project on my E39 today and boy does it look 100x better. Got rid of the ugly wood trim with a stainless steel black brushed look. I will upload pictures of it later on when the lighting is good. I also changed out my valve cover gasket which was leaking causing a burning smell from the oil that was getting annoying. I changed it not to long ago too! It was a easy job which took me about 30 minutes to do. After that, I jumped to cleaning up my muffler for the E30. It had water residue and was dirty. I found this product made by Borla which is a exhaust cleaner and polisher. I heard some good reviews on it and thought that I might as well try it. Well well well, I am very impressed on how the muffler came out. This product works amazing with a bronze wool pad. Out of all the exhaust cleaning products, I would have to say this is the best one by far.
Friday!

TGIF! Another day at work waiting for the weekend to come. Today is such a good day as for H2Ocean just joined forces Element Tattoo Supply! It’s always great being able to work with other companies that are in our industry and help expand the community. So if anyone needs some tattoo after care products, check out our website. Also, Musink is coming quick. Got another month until this event kicks off. This is a awesome event. We were there last year and had a blast. Got to meet lots of tattoo artist and was able to listen to good music at the same time.
On the other hand, I finally received my engine harness for my E30 which I have been lagging on. I know it’s been a long project but I can’t wait to get this car on the road and see what it can do. I got a busy weekend ahead. I have to change my valve cover gasket on my 5-series and redo my interior trim with this pretty awesome looking vinyl. I hope it turns out great as for I don’t like the wood trim.

Another day in Mammoth

Had a blizzard last night which gave us awesome powder snow on our last day of boarding. Some lifts were closed in the morning due to the weather, but later opened up. Got a good amount of runs in. Took the gondola into the village to eat at Gomez’s Mexican Restaurant & Cantina. I wanted to try something different, so I got the Chili Relleno Burrito. It wasn’t that bad but it was cheesy! After that, it was back to the slopes to get a few more runs in. What a great way to end the last day in Mammoth Lakes. I shall be back!
Chillin here in the cabin watching Exorcism of Emily Rose. Also, cooking up some spaghetti.
Stopped by Smokeyard BBQ and Chop Shop to eat and drink. Pretty cool place for happy hour and chill for a bit. The tri-tip steak was pretty bombdiggitty!
Decided to change up the look on my ride. Thanks to my homie Navith at Varrstoen Wheels for hooking me up with some limited edition black chrome colored 2.2.2 wheels.
